No, there are a lot of supplies and work that go into a removal and those that do say their removals are "free" still ask for a set donation amout.

Should I spray the bees?

No, this will only anger them and not kill them. IF it kills them you'll be left with honey in your wall, attracting rodent and bugs and setting you up for hives to move into that area for years to come.

Yes, we have liabilty insurance to cover any accidental damage to your property, though rare as we have 10 years experience with bees.
